Program Requirements

During the Program for Aspiring Principals

• At least 50% release time in a school
• Participates in all cohort meetings, workshops, coursework, and school visits
• Assessments through performance, exhibitions, and portfolios
• Completes credential requirements

During the Program for Mentor Principals

• Co-conducts a collaborative assessment of APs strengths and challenges
• Mentors AP in developing   and accomplishing an ILP
• Participates as a panel member for work presented by APs three times during the residency
• Available for interviews, shadowing, and additional mentoring for APs in the Network
