October Seminar with Rob Evans

Larry Myatt, Loretta Goodwin, Rob Evans

Nationally known psychologist and counselor Rob Evans gave a seminar in October for aspiring and mentoring principals. Pictured above with Larry Myatt (standing) and Loretta Goodwin (co-director of National Turning Points), Evans reminded aspiring principals they have to accept the stark transition to being “them” rather than “us,” and urged them to discover what they truly believe in and act on it, instead of trying to please every constituency.

(above) Aspiring Principals must realize they are now “them,” and will no longer enjoy the simpler camaraderie of being “us,” according to Rob Evans. Taking in this advice are (clockwise from top left) Valerie Vasti, Winston Cox, Isabel Depina, Damon Smith, and Sunny Pai.
